The staff at our office works well together and with
our clientele. Any one of the staff can handle simple medical questions
or easy administrative questions. If you have a more involved question
we'll want you to talk to someone who handles that department at our office.
Here's a list of people working in our office:

DR. TED HUMPHRY graduated from Cal Poly and completed his
medical school at the University of Southern California. He did a rotating
internship at Vancouver General Hospital in Vancouver, BC and spent three
years in the Indian Health Service in Alaska, before completing his pediatric
residency at the Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland, Oregon.
He opened his pediatric practice in Arcata in 1977.
Ted is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a menber of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Ted is in the office or on call except when he is not (see John Sullivan below).

DR. JOHN SULLIVAN has moved to a new job, but he worked in the office every Wednesday while Dr. Humphry was off. He he may still occasionally be on call while Dr. Humphry is out of town.
John did his
medical school training at the University of Minnesota before doing his
residency in pediatrics at Milwaukee Children's Hospital. He has been in
Humboldt County since 1978 and he works a little less than full time at
the Redwood Coast Regional Center, and in 1990 started work at our office.
He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
John will be leaving our office sometime this spring (2007) to take a job with the Public Health Branch of Humboldt County Health and Human Services.
PEDIATRIC NURSE PRATICITIONERS (PNPs) or a PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT - one is in the office almost every day, include:

SUE PARKS - did her PNP training at UC San Francisco. She
has worked the most, on various days of the week, at our office since 1980.

CELINE PELE - completed her Physician's Assistant Program at UC Davis in 1999. Celine started work with us in late 2005, but she is well known in the community because she came to us from Nortrh Country Clinic and she worked part time in Mad River's Express Care. Starting in December 2006, she is on extended leave for travel and work in Africa and who knows where else. We don't expect her back before 2008.
- DONNA KINGSLAND - completed her Physician's Assistant Program at UC Davis in 1992. She works mostly at North Country Clinic and one or two days a week with us.

ROSIE WESTON - did her PNP training at Fresno State. She
has worked in our office since 1990. Rosie now works for the public schools but fills in in our office from time to time

LORI HENDRICKS, PNP - Gone . . . pretty much! Lori worked here over 20 years before moving on to the Public Health Branch and Redwood Pediatrics. She still works a day here and there for us.

FRONT OFFICE Manager/ bookkeeper is TERESA

RECEPTIONISTS include: DARCY and KINDRA.

Account Managers and Insurance Billers are DEBBIE and MELISSA.

The BACK OFFICE (NURSE) Manager is PATTI. Other licensed
people working in the back office include JULIE and SUE.
ALICE hasn't worked in over ten years, . . .but you never know!
